The forest, which is about 3km from Roskilde, is under nature protection and borders directly on the Roskilde Fjord.

The entire trail is around 12km. I somehow managed to miss a section on this ride..

Very flowy and fast trail. Easy trail with no roots. A few manmade features, that have a B-line around them. Highlight is definitely the most Northern part where you have a beautiful view to Roskilde Fjord.

Easy hike on well prepared path, accessible to most people.

Shelter with a view of the bay with fireplace. This shelter must be booked in advance, another shelter few hundred meters to the east cannot be booked.

The main entrance from the east to Boserup Skov. There is a map of the forest so you find the local treasures like shelters, playground, picnic areas and remains from the Neolithic age
