A fantastic cycling route all around. There's plenty of beautiful scenery and information panels. Several locks are located along the way, and there are plenty of nice places to sit. With a bit of luck, you might even spot deer 🦌 in the distance.

In my opinion, the road between Stade and Groß Sterneberg is better than the narrow and bumpy bike path. On Friday afternoon, there was practically no traffic on the road.
