A beautiful stone slab path in the landslide area. I rode it on my mountain bike (or rather, I mostly pushed/carried it). It was still an experience.

The downy birch grows as a deciduous, summer-green tree or shrub with one or more trunks and can reach heights of up to 30 meters. The trunk diameter can reach 50–70 centimeters, rarely exceeding 1 meter. Individual specimens can live up to 120 years.

Super nice hike, fantastic view and very few hikers

Since the Pragel Pass is closed to motorized traffic on weekends, it's perfect for a ride amidst the tranquility and beauty of nature. The climb from the Schwyz side is quite challenging right away, with the first few kilometers being particularly steep. Then, towards the top, it levels off somewhat.

Very interesting area even when it rains

Really well done. There's a lot of work behind it. Compliments and thanks to the builders! The hike along the Plattenweg is a lot of fun, but requires sure-footedness.

Birch forest, plants with the will to resist the forces of nature! After every winter they turn towards the sky, you can see it.

worth it? maybe because after a few turns or even turns of the crank you notice how physically you are ..... In any case, the quiet alpine crowd makes up for the effort.
