Alice Holt Forest is an area of predominantly coniferous woodland. There is a selection of cycle and walking trails as well as a café. It's all managed by Forestry England.

Pop along in August and September to breathe in the heady scent of the blooming heather. On a sunny day, it'll have added sound effects of buzzing bees!

Since 2002, when the RSPB purchased the land here, Farnham Heath has seen a glorious recovery. Bring your binoculars for the birdlife too, as you might spot Nightjars, Dartford Warblers, Stonechats, Tree Pipits and Woodlarks.

Bourne Wood is a beautiful coniferous woodland situated just outside of Farnham in Surrey. A network of trails will lead you through the forest, and you'll be afforded some impressive views along the way across the pine forest landscape.
