Stopped at the coffee/ice cream place North Cliff Diary 1/2 mile from the top of Potreath hill. Fabulous little place. They have a field of pick your own Sunflowers. Great value ice cream mmm

The largest area of woodland in the county, Tehidy Country Park is a peaceful place for a hike, away from the busy crowds in the summer. There is a cafe and keep an eye out for the very friendly squirrels.

Tehidy Woods is a Country Park and is the biggest area of woodland in Cornwall. There is a cafe and car parks so is also a useful place to start or finish a ride. It's quiet and peaceful here with bridleways and cycle access through it. It feels a world away from the busy coastline just to the north.

Techy route on the side of Tehidy woods. Lots of off camber roots to throw you off the narrow track, climbs and descents to really test your lungs and skills. Ends in a steep chute to the main path. Rated Easy Red.
