The Hotel Uedom Bike in Karlshagen offers a wonderful place to stay right near the beach. You can go on many bike tours from here. The breakfast, the service of the always friendly staff and the unique location by the sea really impressed me. There is also a restaurant Max in the hotel, which is open from 5 p.m. The very lovingly prepared food with fish specialties, regional meat specialties and a lovingly put together wine list are very convincing.
