The path has suffered somewhat in one short section, but is still very easy to walk on.

I was alone on the suspension bridge, but I was still very surprised at how little it swayed. I'm not afraid of heights, but since you can see the other end of the bridge very well and, as I said, it hardly sways, crossing the suspension bridge wasn't a problem.

The area of the former Weissenburgbad is very well maintained and impressive. Even those who are not otherwise interested in history: Here you can vividly imagine how the fine ladies and gentlemen strolled, swam and relaxed almost 100 years ago. In addition to a picnic area (decorated with flowers and lanterns) and a box with children's toys, there is a lot to discover for young and old. Small power station, fountain, pavilion, thermal well, etc. An ideal place for a family picnic. With smaller children I would walk here from Weissenburg train station, the path is wide and unproblematic. I wouldn't go any further towards the suspension bridge with smaller children, because the path then becomes narrower and it goes down steeply in places alongside the path.

Great hiking trail from the suspension bridge down to Buuschenbach or vice versa. The path leads over a small suspension bridge at the very bottom and further over stairs and forest floor up to the large suspension bridge.

The dwarf hole is just a small cave. With the tables and two fire pits, it is a nice place to rest and grill.
