Höllensteinsee, cross the power station, then turn right towards Krailing, in Blaibach coffee break at Café Lieblingsplatz, continue towards Bad Kötzting (circular route)..over Blaibacher See, turn right (path BL15) to the Höllsteinsee power station, about 5 km..partially well described..

The hydroelectric power station separates the Höllenstein Lake from the Blaibacher Lake. This is a good place to plan a change of sides when circumnavigating the lake.

It is particularly beautiful in spring, as there are many spring flowers here and you still have a clear view of the river.

This is where the Black Rain is dammed. This created the Höllensteinsee. After the damming, it continues into the Blaibacher See, dammed by the dam wall of the Pulling power plant and flows close together with the white rain to finally become rain.
