Whenever possible, we go to the beach. It's simply fantastic and the water is excellent. Highly recommended. We also feel at home at Hippo's Beach Bar. Good food and good value for money. Parking is €1 for two hours and €3 for the whole day. Keep it up, and it's unbeatable.

A rustic resting place right on the circular path around the Dreiweibener See. A small hut and the special bench with the three beauties who gave the small settlement (first mentioned in documents in 1509) and the lake their name. According to legend, the three farmers' wives saved the life of the landowner's daughter when she was attacked by robbers. Out of gratitude, he gave each of them a piece of land. This is how the settlement is said to have developed. Today, there are around 40 residents.
