Hechtsee 자체로 훌륭한 하이라이트입니다. - 해변을 하이라이트로 칭할 수 있는지/칭해야 하는지는 사람에 따라 다르며, 하이킹에 대한 기대치에 따라서도 달라집니다. (여름에 보면 꽤 붐비며, 적어도 저희에게는 번잡함이 덜한 다른 장소, 호수의 다른 쪽에서 물에 들어가는 것이 더 편안했습니다.)

The Hechtsee Lake Arena near Kufstein is a popular outdoor swimming and leisure area on Lake Hecht, beautifully combining nature, sports, and fine dining. The outdoor swimming area features a jetty, water boarding, and lawns for sunbathing. Dining: Restaurant and self-service restaurant, terrace overlooking the lake, offering dishes such as meat and fish, pizza, pasta, cakes, and ice cream. Sports: Beach volleyball, water volleyball, table tennis, and boat rentals are also available.

Lake Hechtsee is managed by the Hechtsee Fishing Association, which consists of two clubs: the "First Sport Fishing Club Kufstein" and the "Hechtsee Fishing Club." There are special regulations regarding catches and catch sizes. For example, fishing enthusiasts are advised that a catch window (40-65 cm) may apply to carp. This means that fish below or above this size should be released whenever possible to ensure population and recruitment.

The boundary stone is designated "Border Stone No. 18" and is located near the outflow of Lake Hecht, on the border between Kiefersfelden (Bavaria, Germany) and Kufstein (Tyrol, Austria). Several dates are engraved on the boundary stone: 1670, 1787, and 1844. The engraved dates indicate various periods of border agreements or renewals of the stone. The year 1787 is often highlighted in this context—presumably the date of a border demarcation or an official survey or update of the border line.
