"Amphitheater" in Ryn Photo Jadwiga Koniecko At Lake Ołów, going left from the beach, there is a place popularly known as the "amphitheater". These are terraces dug in the ground, built in the times of the Teutonic Knights. The first religious brothers came to the castle in Ryn on the Rhine, where grapes for wine were grown. Unfortunately, the grapevine seedlings brought by the brothers did not survive the local winters.

In the road, there is the Gościniec Ryński Młyn restaurant, the "Smaki Mazur" shop offering a wide range of regional products and hotel rooms (some of them have a terrace overlooking the enchanting Lake Ryńskie).
