A fantastic castle built on solid rock, a beautiful site in any season. It commands respect for those who built it in the 14th century (yes, over 600 years ago!)

There are many walls left from the building itself, which together with the high rocks create a fairy-tale atmosphere. On the castle grounds you will also find stairs leading to the upper parts of the ruins. One of the places serves as a viewpoint, from which you can see the Sokoliki, characteristic of Rudawy.

It is worth a visit. The castle is beautiful and a great park

I skipped the tour. We were put off by the no-bikes sign. 😂

The palace is beautiful, although unfortunately largely ruined. It was last expanded in the 19th century by the von Decker family. Later, it housed, among other things, a correctional center. A wrought iron gate leads to it. On the gate posts there are lions holding shields with the family coats of arms depicted on them. You can't enter the grounds, but it's worth looking at even from a distance.
