Definitely good shoes as you will walk in sharp stones. Prepare for mountain pack as there is not shop and no first aid kit. When alone think about what you would do in case of emergency. Save some phone battery, for case you will need a help. There is quite a high so think if you have fear of heights.

You can hike up Mount Ainos/Enos in 4 hours or 1 hour 15 minutes (1628 meters high! - take a jacket/sweater with you). At the entrance to the national park, drive further to the car park by the cell phone towers. From there, you hike 1.5 km on a wide gravel path, often through clouds that occasionally open up and reveal the view of the sea - breathtaking. At the end, there is a rocky path up to the summit and you are rewarded with fantastic views.
