Neu Allermöhe offers many beautiful green paths for cycling and walking, great playgrounds, public art, sports, and opportunities for socializing. Almost all residential areas are accessible from the streets and via paths through the green spaces. The floodplains drain the marshland and create a pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of greenery cools the district during hot periods.

This is a large, approximately 10-ton granite boulder from the Bavarian Forest, which was split in half using drill holes and wedges. The artist carved a negative form into each of the resulting fracture surfaces, whose organic lines evoke various associations, such as an embryo, an ear, or a bean. Inside and outside, as well as the natural form of the stone and the artistic form within, combine to form a harmonious unity. The Margit Zinke Bridge carries the Hainbuchenallee over Margit Zinke Street and the Allermöher Bahnfleet.
