The Arcos de Zapata are the arches of a historic 18th-century aqueduct intended to carry water from the Fuente del Rey to Málaga, but which was never fully operational. Today, the remaining arches are a visible relic of this ancient water conduit, some several meters high, and partially integrated into the townscape, for example, with houses built beneath them. Although the aqueduct never fulfilled its original purpose, it is considered a historical and cultural landmark of the region and is an interesting destination for cycling tours in the area.

Casabermeja is a typical Andalusian mountain village, located at the entrance to the Montes de Málaga Natural Park, and offers an impressive combination of history, traditional architecture, and scenic beauty. At the heart of the village stands the parish church of Nuestra Señora del Socorro, a fine example of 16th-century Andalusian religious architecture with a striking red brick tower. Casabermeja and its surroundings are ideal for exploring by bicycle. The gently rolling landscape offers a variety of routes – from leisurely rides through the fields to more challenging tours in the Montes de Málaga mountains. Along the way, you'll discover traditional farmhouses, scenic viewpoints, and quiet country lanes that reflect the authentic character of rural Andalusia. Casabermeja is therefore an ideal starting point for excursions and for enjoying regional cuisine, especially the typical goat dishes and olive oils of the area.

The climb itself is quiet and quiet, ideal for cyclists who appreciate solitude and nature. first half of ascent has high gradient/tougher first half of climb, gets easier on second half of ascent. Good views and descent is a lovely breeze of about 15 mins. Recommend route even if not got racing style road bike.

Its name says it all: a viewpoint created to enjoy beautiful views of Málaga. It has plenty of parking, so stopping for a moment to enjoy the views is highly recommended.

This path, located next to the airport's second runway and the river, is ideal for a peaceful, car-free, and safe ride, making it ideal for children. Its length of over 4 km offers plenty of opportunities to explore, and you're sure to see more than one unusual airplane up close!

A private house that serves as a reference point, located at the top of the climb and right at a crossroads on the road itself that continues towards Casa Bermeja with a path that is neglected towards Puerto de la Torre, passing first by places such as the Ermita de Verdiales or the Pico Alcuza trail.
