Statue de Corto Maltese - Place Hugo Pratt: This old wine village on the eastern slope has been popular with artists since the 18th century. Among them Hugo Pratt, who spent his last years there and is buried there. A bronze statue of his comic strip hero, Corto Maltese, looks out over the landscape by the St-Nicolas Tower. From there you can also see the Maison Maillardoz (16th century), a house with an impressive roof.

Grandvaux is a picturesque village and former municipality in the Swiss canton of Vaud, located in the Lavaux-Oron district. The village is known for its beautiful vineyard terraces which form part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lavaux. Grandvaux is situated on the shores of Lake Geneva and offers breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In 2011, Grandvaux merged with the nearby municipalities of Cully, Epesses, Riex and Villette to form the new municipality of Bourg-en-Lavaux. It is a popular destination for those who want to enjoy the natural beauty and rich history of the region. The Via Francigena passes through here.

The Château de Chillon is located on the shores of Lake Geneva, near Montreux in Veytaux, Switzerland. This medieval and romantic castle is a precious historical jewel that has been enthroned on its rocky island for almost a millennium. The castle is located on the eastern shore of Lake Geneva, in a picturesque spot between Montreux and Veytaux. It has become famous thanks to literary works such as “La Nouvelle Héloïse” by Jean-Jacques Rousseau and “The Prisoner of Chillon” by Lord Byron. The castle dates back to the thirteenth century and is one of the best preserved medieval castles in Europe. In addition to its historical significance, the Château de Chillon also offers wonderful exhibitions, animations and events. You can also rent rooms for special occasions.
