구조정은 1977년 7월 30일 바르덴플레트에서 DGzRS의 후원자인 WALTHER MÜLLER라는 이름으로 세례를 받았습니다. 이 보트는 DGzRS의 9m 클래스에 속합니다. 이 구조정은 2006년에 퇴역하여 Dornumersiel/Westeraccumersiel 야외 항구 박물관으로 이전되었습니다. 이전 구조정 WALTHER MÜLLER은 현재 Westeraccumersiel의 오래된 구조선창(N53°40'23" E7°28'45") 앞에 서 있습니다. 1960년까지 존재했던 Friedrichschleuse의 해상 구조 구조 station을 기념하기 위한 것이며, 2006년 10월 8일 이전 station의 첫 번째 선장인 'EPPE DE BLOOM'의 이름을 따서 공식적으로 개명되었습니다.
