The Bavaria Explorer stamp station with stamp 5 is part of the "Bavaria Explorer" campaign, launched by the Bavarian Ministry of the Environment to explore Bavaria's natural environment. The goal is to inspire visitors to explore nature and raise awareness of its conservation. Procedure and participation: Visit at least five of the more than 40 Bavaria Ark sites. At each stamp station, you can add a stamp to your collection card. Collect at least five stamps to participate in the annual competition. The stamp cards remain valid, so the stamps can be collected over several years.

On the Heath Trail near Eching, visitors can learn about the heathland and the flora and fauna of Munich's gravel plain at several diversely designed stations. The Heath Trail stretches between Eching, Neufahrn, Garching, and Schleißheim. It connects the nature reserves "Echinger Lohe," "Garchinger Heide," and "Mallertshofer Holz mit Heiden." Along a circular route, 20 diversely designed stations provide interesting information about the heathland, the flora and fauna of Munich's gravel plain, the rich cultural and landscape history, and the activities of the Heathland Association.

At the intersection at the Mallertshofer Kircherl is the stamp station Bavaria - Explorer with stamp 5.

The church is always locked. But if it happens to be open, unfortunately nothing worth seeing has been preserved. The church served various secular purposes while the site was used as a military training ground, and all church paraphernalia and paintings were completely removed or destroyed.
