The Student Research Center's wind turbine is a gift from the Kessler company in Bad Buchau. The turbine allows young people to familiarize themselves with wind power, conduct their own measurements, try things out, and even tinker with new technologies. The wind turbine is powered by six rotor blades with a diameter of four meters and a maximum output of 1.2 kilowatts. The Kessler company in Bad Buchau donated the turbine to the Student Research Center as a kit. The assembly was carried out in collaboration with the training department of the Knoll company. St. Anthony's Church on the upper main street was built at the same time as the Franciscan monastery and consecrated in 1664. With the secularization of the monastery, St. Anthony's Church also served secular purposes. From 1835 onward, for example, it was used as a municipal market—the name given to a grain market—and even for theater performances. This was made possible by the installation of a mezzanine in the church. Since 1921, St. Anthony's Church has once again been what it was from the beginning: a Catholic place of worship. The green space in front of the Bad Saulgau town hall is generously adorned with an elegantly curved steel sculpture by Jörg Bach, born in Wolgast in 1964 and living in Mühlheim in the Upper Danube Valley for many years. Titled "Development," the sculpture, acquired by the Oberschwäbische Elektrizitätswerke (OEW) in 2007, references the neighboring schools and the town hall, with the educational and creative impulses emanating from them. Bad Saulgau has a beautiful market square with many half-timbered houses worth seeing. Bad Saulgau is also a stork town - there are so many storks here that the stork has become the symbol of the town.

Very nice park just for relaxing. There are numerous places to sit under an arcade. A stream meanders along there. The water is lukewarm and there is a pool for foot and hand care, as well as a small Kneipp pool.
