The Meuschkensmühle is a lovingly restored mill in the heart of the Mühltal valley, surrounded by forest, water, and hiking trails. Once a working mill, it is now a cozy destination with a restaurant, petting zoo, and riding stables.

Be careful, this place is deserted. It's a testament to real tourism in the past...

Unfortunately, the Ratszeise is no longer available as a restaurant. The last operator gave up some time ago, and a new tenant hasn't been found yet....

The café isn't very big, but it's incredibly cozy. And when the weather's nice, you can even sit outside and watch the market life. The cakes and tarts are best ordered directly at the cake counter. Everything else can also be ordered from your table. The service is extremely prompt and very friendly. On hot days, the cold cappuccino with ice cubes is recommended...

The cakes are all soooooo tasty. Pistachio cheese cake is a real hit. So are the musli bowls, absolutely delicious and the portion is good! Check picture for the opening hours. A must if you are in town!

Yep! It's fun, but looking at the road in the curves

Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area. On our checkpoint tour, we had to climb up to the castle after 200 km, which was quite a challenge. Highly recommended!
