The FXB Panossière Refuge, located at 2,645 metres in the heart of the Combin massif in the Valais Alps, is an ideal base for climbs such as the Grand Combin and Petit Combin, as well as a stopover for hikes such as the Tour des Combins. The refuge has 75 beds in dormitories with duvets (sheets are mandatory), en-suite toilets and, during the summer, free drinking water and paid showers. The kitchen is open from 12:00 to 14:30 for snacks. The hut is supervised in spring (29 March - 1 June) and summer (28 June - 27 September). Advance online booking is required, guaranteed by a credit card. The refuge can be reached from places such as Fionnay, located in the same valley as the famous town of Verbier and the Val de Bagnes.

The Cabane des Becs de Bosson, located at 2,985 meters above sea level, offers a panoramic view of Mont Blanc, the 4,000-meter peaks of the Val d'Anniviers and the mountains of the Val d'Hérens. The cabin is open during the winter from December 27, 2024 to April 13, 2025 and in the summer from June 28 to October 5, 2025.
