Nice and shaded hike on 2/3 from a departure of the pass perfect for a family outing. The point of view is splendid canigou on one side, sea on the other. The rocky and alpine summit contrasts with the more forested approach.

Great climb from Perthus! As soon as you have passed two curves, the highway noise disappears and the climb through lots of forest to the top is an absolute pleasure!

This beautiful route is located between Montesquieu-des-Albéres and Villelongue-dels-Mons because it feels a bit lonely. At least there isn't much traffic here and that makes the route so appealing because you go through the forest here and when you get higher up you also have a great view of the region's plains.
