Free parking on the western shore of Lake Salzgitter

A very beautifully landscaped lake with wide paths all around it, which is connected to a park-like area. There are many ways to relax at the lake or to do some sport on the lake. A "beach bar" also provides a Caribbean flair, and there are also other restaurants. There is also a great children's playground. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the many geese on the beach 🏖️!

You already know some of them from the first opening last summer: the new beach bar on the Salzgittersee right next to the pirate playground. A lot has changed since then. Not only because of the corona pandemic, but also because of the entrepreneurial spirit of the three operators: Julian Tiburczy, Ilmas Acar and Mahsum Acar, whose first name initials in this order make up the "JIM" in the name of the bar.
