From Cavaglia train station, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Glacier Garden. There, you'll discover the impressive glacial mills formed over millennia on a circular trail. The Glacier Garden is open from May 1 to October 31 and is free to visit. Guided tours depart from the train station at 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Access to the glacial mills is extremely easy: they are located near the train station, which can be reached with the legendary "trenino rosso", a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008. The Glacier Garden is open from May to October. Surrounded by rich flora and varied alpine vegetation, the glacial mills are one of the most impressive things that the Val Poschiavo has to offer!
