Technical hike over difficult terrain along multi-use, pedestrian-friendly trails. The trails wind up the mountainside, offering stunning views of some of the area's distinct mountains and meadows. This section of trail is passable with an XC mountain bike, allowing you to cover many miles and have a great day in complete comfort.

A section of double track and single track, winding along the slope below Mont Dolin. The trail offers perhaps some of the best views one can find while cycling, surrounded by hanging glaciers and rocky peaks, while winding through alpine pastures. This section of the trail is passable and enjoyable with an XC mountain bike, so you can climb all day.

Very nice trail from Arolla to Pramousse, partly flowing in the forest and over meadow sections, partly a bit exposed, rocky and quite steep in places. There are also a few wet and muddy spots with crossing small streams. Driving technique necessary and / or individual pushing passages. Watch out for pedestrians!
