The trail is currently being completely rebuilt (as of March 26th) to become a true blue-rated flow trail. All jumps will be designed to be easily rolled over by children with smaller bikes. Until then, the lower section is still a natural trail with many roots and tight corners, but easily rideable with a little experience.

Super flow trail descent from the Inselsberg, except for the highlight S2 Rollercaster Trail at the end.

Despite the name "flow trail," it's not necessarily recommended for beginners. The trail isn't built, but rather a pure natural trail with plenty of roots.

A really good trail with many challenging sections. It's really fun. Ride from east to west for the descent ;-). Technically, the climb is also a nice challenge.
