Here you will find a stamp box for the Harz hiking pin for the Karst hiking booklet. It is a beautiful spot up there on the old mine dump with a great view of the beginning of the Gonnatal and also of Pölsfeld. An information board explains the history of the Barbaraschacht and the mining area.

The Bachschwinden are simply part of the Kastwanderweg. There is an information board here with interesting facts.
