Yesterday on April 13th, 2024 there was KBL again, great weather, great atmosphere, I can only recommend every MTB rider to take part, but even without KBL we have wonderful bike tours in the mountains to the Kyffhäuser.....as I said, a beautiful area for cyclists and hikers.

Great run on different routes and MTB races always in April. Super organization.

Pure fun with the right bike. But watch out for each other, many people quickly overestimate themselves and then it happens. So take it slow

Nice park with bench and trash can. Great for jumping practice and driving a pump potion.

Buggy races were held here regularly in GDR times. For example, Friedo Nolte drove her Trabant buggy very successfully in Oschersleben, Frohburg, Klosterfelde, Allstedt-Mallerbach since 1985. The Schmückekammweg includes a very beautiful but also demanding section for experienced mountain bikers. Inexperienced people should drive this section carefully and attentively, or rather push it. This single trail is narrow, partly curvy and has roots. It's downhill on one side of the path. You can definitely test your own driving skills. And if you get through well, you also have a lot of fun.

Gravity is a multi-day bike festival located in an abandoned old Sowjet military base. Awesome trail that really deserves the name "single trail". Partly very narrow and flanked by tall grass, towards the end with great views of the wide open country.
