At the marked spot there is a small hollow, into which a few short descents of varying difficulty lead. One even has a small drop at the beginning.

Here you will find pump and jump tracks for practicing in a small, privately run bike park. Maybe you can stop here during your tour.

Centrally located in the Syker Friedeholz, a small gorge-like valley that was created through the mining of building sand. In summer the Wolfsschlucht is regularly used as an open-air stage. It is a popular (intermediate) hiking destination (picnic benches and tables are available) and, due to its inclines, also popular with mountain bikers.
