Nice and easy hollow way trail, not really hidden, it is part of the red and blue MTB routes from the Walderlebniszentrum Trassem. The start of this way has a fallen trunk but you can easily avoid it on the right adding a bit of extra manoeuvring but the end is covered with a full fledged fallen tree blocking entirely the passage and forcing people to climb the embankment.

Great trail, I rode it uphill, it's fun, down it's definitely super flow 😀

At the Kahren train station, follow the small signs and it's off to a flowing start. Have fun

On the way down you should be prepared for one or two smaller leaps. All but one can be bypassed. In the lower part it gets a bit bumpy at higher speeds because of some roots. Warning: dogs often go for a walk!

Nice trail into the valley. Quite flat and narrow at the beginning, wider and steeper in the further course.

Beautiful single trail through the middle of the forest over some roots (the name speaks for itself) but otherwise without major obstacles. Generally good in both directions. However, you can let it run down nicely.

Flat, natural single trail through the forest. Can be ridden with any MTB. Basically good in both directions, but the start in Herresthal is preferable.

Entertaining and also passable by untrained MTBlern. Good for training.
