Absolutely cool trail, you should plan on doing it if possible.

A rooty, rough, and somewhat remote trail. Nevertheless, it's a fun ride, with a beautiful and, in places, rustic route and a convenient downhill finish, right at the charcoal kiln festival grounds. A large "Kiln Festival" takes place there once a year.

Fast trail, a bit gravelly in places

Absolutely recommended going down the hill! Be careful, there are a few trees lying across it.

There are no more obstacles on the trail.

The so-called Wölmersberg Trail. A fairly long trail, very challenging, and with many tight switchbacks. Very good balance training. I highly recommend it.

The trail is tricky to say the least. It is also part of the official MTB Tour 12, but there has been a bypass there for some time. In the upper part there are already a few smaller trees across, but you can still drive over/jump over them. The switchbacks in the second part are very narrow and slippery.
