A beautiful route! It is indicated as easy, but this is not correct. The route is rather moderate/difficult. I felt like figures from The Lord of the Rings were going to appear at any moment 😉

The impressive steep column is called the Prediktstuhl. Beautiful bench below, stairs going up at the side. Additional rest stop at the top.

The hike becomes even more entertaining with the matching audio tour. At certain places you pause longer, learn more details about the place, take a closer look. A clear recommendation to do the listening tour. The listening tour is very lovingly designed. The area is terrific anyway, probably in any weather. We have walked it now in frost and with slippery leaves. That requires a certain surefootedness.
