There's a small cafe in a train carriage, a great place for a coffee stop. Unfortunately, I could only pay in cash.

From the big track gravel, other side very nice path to vennbahn. Second way is recommended.

Accessible from one side with a racing bike. The other side is off-road (doable, but risk of puncture)

The Am Richelberg pond complex is located east of Bleialf, a local community in the Schneifel in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm in Rhineland-Palatinate, near Prüm. The body of water is therefore in the North Eifel Nature Park. The Dürenbach river flows through the ponds. The “Richelberg” road flanks the ponds on their western banks. There is a large farmstead on the opposite road. At the height of the northwest bank of the southernmost pond, the Wöppelbach flows into the Dürenbach. Here the “Richelberg” road bridges the two streams. A little further north of the pond complex is a barbecue hut. The Am Richelberg pond complex is located northeast of Bleialf on the edge of a small forest area. The ponds are accordingly characterized on the eastern bank by the foothills of this forest area. On the western banks - as a boundary to the “Richelberg” road - the ponds have a narrow strip of trees.

The beaver valley mentioned here is actually the Alfbachtal, but that doesn't change the fact that beavers live here and that you cycle through beautiful nature.

Worthwhile cycle path on a former railway line with a very nice view

The monument owes its existence to the President of the Association of the Eifel and Ardennes, Georg Wagner, who suggested its construction as a member of parliament and President of the Chamber in Luxembourg. The memorial consists of four stones bearing the names of the »pioneers for a united Europe« (Konrad Adenauer, Joseph Bech, Paul-Henri Spaak and Robert Schuman). The memorial stones come from the respective countries of origin of the named founding fathers. Gneiss boulder from the Lüneburg Heath for Adenauer, a sandstone block from the Müllerthal-Waldbillig for Bech, blue slate from the High Fens for Spaak and a slate block from the Vosges for Schuman. The fifth stone represents the Treaties of Rome and the signatories from the six countries involved. Near the European Monument and directly at the actual three-country point, a pedestrian bridge connecting Germany and Belgium leads over the Our, which was named after Georg Wagner. There is a parking lot by the monument, which is also suitable for smaller campers, there are many benches and tables, there are also some information boards on site
