Nice trail technique course to practice on. You can also see the volcanic rock again and again. Unfortunately the lines/course are not maintained. Some lines are completely overgrown and/or there are branches and stones in the way. There is wild growth here and there on the pump track. 1 of the 3 upper entrances is completely overgrown. A pity.

During the week and mornings or evenings you are mostly alone.

The entrance can be overlooked and initially it doesn't roll that well (at least in damp and wet conditions), but after the right-hand bend it starts really well, partly rooted, partly through a meadow, always flowing and without difficulties. I've always ridden the trail with the hardtail, no problem!

Narrow, flowing trail 👍 is fun

Looks cooler than it is. Neither flowing nor fun 😕

Super nice trail down from Ernstberg. Offers a lot of driving fun, but you should already know what you're doing. On nice days when there are many visitors on the Ersntberg, one or two pedestrians will meet you on the trail.
