Many of these burial mounds are unmarked and could be mistaken for natural elevations. Those interested in these burial mounds sometimes have to put in quite a bit of effort.

An information board with a map shows the renaturation measures that have taken place along the Schreiberbach east of Unterbernbach. Some areas of the meadow were still under water, although the last rains were a long time ago. It doesn't seem to be about rice cultivation ;)

The approx. 8 hectare nature reserve with its sandy and lean lime lawn offers various plant and animal species an (exclusive) habitat, e.g. gentian, broom heather, chessboard and various wild bee species. Close to the Steinertskirchen oasis of calm

Easy to miss, but noticeable when you know. Not all of them have a sign, so look carefully. For everyone who is interested in it (like me) it's great, for the others it's just hills in the forest ... :-)
