Just below the summit of Monte Cimetta you will find the cable car station and a restaurant. Very beautiful and scenic place and surroundings. I recommend a climb to Cimetta, also consider the possibility of various excursions starting from here. Check the availability of sports at the restaurant, in the summer months it can be very busy.

From the viewing platform on the summit you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore. The path first leads to Val Resa through meadows and then through a dense deciduous forest. The path winds sinuous downhill with parts of easy and medium difficulty.

Alpe Cardada with Capanna Cardada (1476 m) where the Cardada chairlift (middle section, 1329 m) ends. Very nice view, restaurant operation. Located on the way to Capanna Lo Stallone.
