I took the train here from Hamburg – it's about 4.5 km from Bordesholm, and at least 10 km from Neumünster. The trip is worth it – the Mühbrook pump track is great to ride! It's a lot of fun!

The exciting 1 km long hiking trail leads directly along the shore on the south bank of the Methhorst pond. There are different highlights in the NSG every season.

A pump track for all ages - Riding it is a blast! It opened on May 5, 2019. Beautiful grove with a few chic paths for the MTB. I would definitely recommend the marked part coming from the south. More demanding: Use the western path at the edge of the forest as an entry, then turn right again onto the marked path.

It's fun going down :-) The trail is pretty rooted in the narrow section and there are also a few paragraphs that have to be mastered.
