I can only agree with that. In the lower third at the Blickkreuz there is a small bench with a beautiful view.

Uphill without any problems. Downhill at high speed, but in the meantime the path has partly heavily washed out ruts. So keep your eyes open!

Part of the Heideküppchen circular route. This section is the flow trail from the Heideküppchen down to the Ringelsteiner Mühle. Here you can really spit down. Mega cool. Unfortunately, there is currently a tree in the way. But otherwise everything is really ultra-flowing.

Great descent from the Müdener Berg along a crossroads to Müden into the valley. Super flowing, you can really let it run.

Maximum concentration is required here. Upper section very rough, middle section incredibly narrow and sloping, below lots of loose stones and rubble. Overall very awesome trail.
