The castle can be visited and is an excellent highlight of the tour around the lake.

Good hiking workout. When I did the hike, the lake water level was high and parts of the path flooded. Without good, at least ankle high waterproof shoes it would have been hard to finish the loop. Could quite rare conditions though.
