Since this is a hiking trail, the driving conditions are not always good. Especially the sections over the bumpy meadows are very uncomfortable to drive. Very interesting landscape. The last stretch down to Marienthal has been deliberately blocked with trees lying across. You have to continue on the paved road for about 200 m, then the bike path goes down into the valley.

The Nistersteig is also great for cycling.

Narrow and rugged path. Only for safe drivers - otherwise dismount.

Super descent, in my opinion not quite suitable for beginners, since branches from the timber harvesting do not simplify the whole thing.

earlier cross route. A visit is worthwhile. Steep descents and jumps possible. Unfortunately a bit overgrown and not cleaned up.

It's a lot of fun to drive around there. However, some lifts and downhills are safe for professionals only.

A very nice route for mountain bikers from the monastery of Marienthal to the Raiffeisen tower Heupelzen, partly with beautiful climbs in it for physically good riders 😉
