I took the train here from Hamburg – it's about 4.5 km from Bordesholm, and at least 10 km from Neumünster. The trip is worth it – the Mühbrook pump track is great to ride! It's a lot of fun!

A pump track for all ages - Riding it is a blast! It opened on May 5, 2019. Still great to ride, definitely the best flow coming from the south!

In August better bring a machete or long clothes;-) the stinging nettles are difficult to penetrate...easily passable with tires from approx. 32-35 mm and a little profile.

Not a highlight, but a hint: This is where the Ufertrail ends in the direction of the Bothkamp castle grounds.

The narrow path leads past the castle grounds, as this is not allowed to be entered.
