You can take a nice walk along the Weser and enjoy the beautiful view of the Weser.

Farmers have been using forests as pasture for centuries. They drove their cattle there and they ate their fill of fresh shoots, herbs and acorns. This resulted in sparse oak forests with a very special flora and fauna. For over 20 years, Exmoor ponies and Heck cattle from the Solling Nature Park - Vogler with hooves and teeth - have been protecting nature and maintaining the landscape in the Solling pasture forest at Nienover Castle in the Reiherbachtal. Hikes lead through the project.

The Weserbogen connects the site of the Höxter State Garden Show 2023 (Corvey and Höxter city center). A very beautiful section of the Weser with a very nice path for pedestrians and later cyclists. You should approach this section in a relaxed manner and enjoy it.
