Directly behind Pforzheim, the Würm Cycle Path plunges into dense forest, and apart from the town of Würm, there's not the slightest trace of civilization for miles. It's more up and down than along the Nagold River, but it's a beautiful green hell.

The tower is cordoned off and inaccessible. The last renovation was in 1984. I assume that after more than 40 years, it's time for a thorough inspection of the tower and its 125 steps leading to the viewing platform.

The poplar avenue is always beautiful and has something calming about it! In the afternoon the bench facing the golf course is in the shade.

Margrave Karl Wilhelm von Baden had this fish pond created. A path leads once around the lake and is a good option for a digestive walk after a stop.

The Würmtal cycle path sometimes runs directly along the banks of the Würm. It can be easily combined with the Nagoldtal cycle path.

About the Seehaus Pforzheim The Landgasthof Seehaus is a restaurant with a long tradition in the south-eastern forest of Pforzheim.
