The Rottal-Inn District Office is responsible for issuing this order in accordance with Article 44, Paragraph 2, Sentence 1 of the Bavarian Nature Conservation Act (BayNatSchG) and locally in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Bavarian Administrative Procedure Act (BayVwVfG). Due to the presence of reptile species protected under European law, any violations lead to the implementation of prohibited species protection provisions in accordance with Section 44, Paragraph 1, No. 1 of the BNatSchG. I can recommend the area to any mountain biker. The trails are suitable for advanced riders, but also for beginners.
