Nice fresh, cold spring water. Great for filling up a water bottle. Two tubes on the jetty to the stream at the level of the chapel, from which the spring water splashes out.

For the Upper Austrian State Exhibition 2012, the entire square including the castle was subjected to a thorough renovation. Today a remarkable ensemble of castle, church, Kneipp fountain and 35 meter high sequoia tree.

Giant fir (natural monument - formerly the mightiest tree in the Kobernaußerwald) only part of it is preserved today.

This imposing tree stands in the middle of the forest. Really a special place.

Great place for a break with historical background.

Interesting are the different tree species from hornbeam over maple and birch to cornelian. Peaceful place.

The largest hedge labyrinth in Austria with 3000 square meters. The Labyrinth is a private initiative dedicated to the first article of the 1948 Declaration of Human Rights. A destination of a special kind not far from the Mattigtal Cycle Path R24 in Reichsdorf. The labyrinth is open around the clock.
