A reservoir surrounded by a beautiful forest path that's perfect for leisurely cycling. Unfortunately, swimming is officially prohibited!

There are some burial mounds hidden here in the forest. An information board provides information about them.

great area with many cellars and vines... old and new... and the view of flat Hungary is a dream!

A beautiful, very easy to drive trail leads here along the small reservoir. There is also a shady rest area here!

Already mentioned in a document in 1674, the Magdalenenkapelle was built in the last quarter of the 17th century over a spring that is said to have healing powers. The spring water is said to have numerous miraculous healings. On the lower floor of the two-story building, water can be drawn from a pump well. When I was here, however, the well was covered. Presumably wintering? Right next to it there is a resting place and an information board with further information about the chapel and the church of St Katharina, which is a little below.

A listed natural monument at the approach to the lake. Imposing. Those who circle the lake will find more on the way.

There is also a bench here with a place to rest. Have been here and went a little into the forest to look for the graves. But this search certainly requires its own tour :)
