Downhill which is part of the official mountain bike route. It's pretty fun and fast. It also has a few steeper sections with rocks and roots

Nice forest trail, quite steep in places.

Short trail section along the official mountain bike route. Starts just below the Pottschacher Hut. It really gets going right from the start, with rocky steps and roots requiring a fair amount of skill. The path is a bit exposed, and the loose stones and steepness should not be underestimated. After that it gets a bit easier and turns into a more "normal" forest path. A fun, short trail that requires suspension travel and skill. Beginners will definitely have to dismount here, though.

Here, from the car park, is the ideal starting point for the mountain bike tour. There is also an information board about the routes.

Yes: the lowest section is no longer rideable uphill, as it's washed out, and rocks and roots make riding impossible on the steep incline. The downhill section is interesting and challenging, and a few dozen meters at the bottom are (almost?) unrideable—but you can easily push down there.

Tip to all 'non-professionals': consider going around the 'Kobermannsberg Trail'. In the official direction uphill - at least for the first 250m - a very steep, rocky and rooty climb. It's a challenge even with a pushing aid on the eBike. Still challenging for the next 500m, but at least passable. The photos shown here only approximate the actual gradient of the trail ;-)
