From here onwards, towards Schwarzkogel, the hiking trail becomes narrower and in places also runs along the ridge.

From the Annahüttensattel to the fork in the road at the Belca river, the path is great. At the fork in the road, you have to walk along the Belca, which is very difficult because the path was completely destroyed by storms. Most of the passages involve carrying and pushing. Not suitable for e-bikes

here you can decide whether you want to descend to the starting point or still have the energy to climb to the Annahütte

Easily navigable in Slovenian. On the Carinthian side, the last way to the saddle or from Slovenia is the first way after the border, very narrow and not really passable. It's quite overgrown and sometimes dangerous. Altogether from Slovenia to Carinthia feasible. I wouldn't drive it the other way. Up through all the scree, from Carinthia to Slovenia, is definitely no fun.

From the Faaker See you have to walk about 1000 m ascent to the Annahüttensattel.
