Gravel trail through the middle of the valley agricultural area, about halfway parallel to the two paved roads on either side. There are some seasonally washed out wadi or dry stream crossings. Careful to respect local sensitivity before accessing.

Fully doable on a gravel, mtb would be best fit. ascend to start on the road is hard, but nice. short hike a bike in a riverbed (100m)

From Mzoud, the first half of the section is relatively flat and easy to ride. However, the downhill second half has such rough terrain that pushing is inevitable with a gravel bike and luggage. But you'll be rewarded with beautiful surroundings and a tranquility you only find in the mountains, away from the main roads.
