Beautiful botanical garden, unfortunately not much is left after the recent hurricanes. But it is well maintained.

Just be aware that it isn't like a typical Botanical garden but the trees are still amazing. toilets are there

The pools in front of the waterfall invite you to cool off

Hike in good weather with a certified guide. (90 US dollars). Very rugged to descend (and therefore ascend) the Valley of Desolation. 59 and 65 years old average walkers. Done in 3h30 to go up and 3h to go down. Start very early in the morning.
